The Guifications Theme Package

Apparently, the existence of this wiki page has sparked the interest of a bunch of our users, as we occasionally get questioned about where the "fabled" theme package is. Well, there isn't one yet. We are planning to release the theme package when we release the final version of Guifications 2.13, which won't happen until Gaim 2.0.0 is released. This page exists for our own reference in creating the theme package.
